Program Director, Sand County Foundation
I lead a SARE funded effort to expand the prairie strips concept into southern Wisconsin, where we are demonstrating the practice with collaborating farmers, conservation organizations, and the University of Wisconsin. My prior roles include agricultural engineering and program management with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, watershed planning with organizations in California and the Peruvian Andes, and domestic water supply as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras.
