The report and the presentation that Dr. Wintersteen made to the Charles Valentine Riley Memorial Foundation addresses the challenge of moving food, agricultural and natural resources research higher on the priority list for government-supported research and presents a case for why we should be pursuing a unifying message on the importance of investing more in agricultural research.
