Graduate Assistant-Research

Here at Iowa State I work with Doctors Peter Moore and Thomas Isenhart in order to study streambank erosional processes, and associated phosphorous inputs, within Iowa's riparian systems. Locally I'm continuing work within the Onion Creek watershed, while also starting a new project on the Nishnabotna River system in Southwestern Iowa. I'm excited about the possibilities of using publically-available aerial imagery and other remote-sensing data in order to study fluvial processes over decadal time scales.
