Below are pictures of NREM lab students conducting a fall prairie burn that will favor forbs over grasses.
In the photo on the right, students are clearing a honey locust from a riparian pasture. Students in the Conservation Reserve Program will use the honey locust as part of a riparian buffer system that they will design and plant.
