With two undergraduate majors and several graduate programs, students passionate about the outdoors are sure to find a home in NREM.
Hands-on Learning
All NREM professors support hands-on learning, with many classes incorporating labs and field trips. Students must also complete 400 hours of work experience.
1-on-1 Advising
Students are assigned an advisors who are there to guide you through the challenges of college. They all have open-door policies and one-on-one advising sessions.
Learning Communities
Join a learning community to help build your network and personal support system. Students have access to reserved coursework and fun out-of-class activities.
Montana Camp
Make the mountains of Montana your classroom. The Rod and Connie French Conservation Camp offers summer and early fall courses intended to immerse you in the field.
