You can choose from two majors: Animal Ecology and Forestry, each with a variety of options. These options allow you to specialize in fisheries, urban forestry, interpretation, wood products, pre-veterinary or in a variety of other areas. You may also choose to minor in either Animal Ecology or Forestry. The NREM Student Services Center staff are here to help you, so please call, email, or stop by to see us if you have any questions! As a Student Services Specialist, Sarah leads undergraduate recruiting efforts for the NREM department. She also plans and facilitates retention activities and departmental events. She produces the department’s alumni newsletter. Additionally Sara provides support to the department’s student organizations and student leaders.
John is a Student Services Specialist for the Department. He advises undergraduate students and
coordinates the department's two learning communities. He also serves as the department liaison for disability resources.
