Research
Dr. Blanchong is a wildlife ecologist primarily interested in the causes and consequences of disease in wildlife populations. Her research focuses on characterizing relationships between host ecology and the transmission and distribution of disease, identifying ecological and environmental factors associated with disease outbreaks, and evaluating impacts of disease to wildlife populations.
