Practical Work
Experience
|
|
|
|
The NREM program also requires all undergraduates to
complete a practical work experience – NREM 104. This is a non-credit requirement
which may be completed prior to attending ISU (but, after graduation from
high school). Typically, this
involves 400 hours of work in a career-related position. The intent is to give the student a
better idea of the employment opportunities and conditions in the field of
natural resources. We offer
placement assistance for students looking to complete this
requirement. If you are
planning to transfer to ISU, feel free to contact us for additional
information and assistance in this area.
