Explaining Practices and Principles of Outcomes Assessment
At this stage of development of outcomes assessment within the NREM Department, much of the explanation of practices and principles of outcomes assessment flows from faculty on the Assessment Committee to other faculty in the department. As faculty expertise grows with continuing involvement in overall assessment efforts of the department, an increasing number of faculty will become more conversant in the process.
